no gain...no loss...i figure my body is adjusting to my losses for the last couple of weeks...
298.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think you're absolutely right. Your graph even supports the fact that you have experienced this "adjustment plateau" a few times before. I'm so glad you know not to let it get you down!!
