I am super pissed that I still weigh more today than I did April 6. Yesterday I just loaded up on a bunch of crap and carbs and ate more than I was supposed to and lost 2 pounds. Barely had protein. At this point I have no way to determine what the scale is going to say. Thanks for the encouragement.
