After a 3 week break, eating a bit of everything, without the constant thinking of dieting and being depraved.
230.8 lb Lost so far: 66.8 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.9 lb a week

Maybe try coming back to a diet you enjoy and one you won’t feel deprived of

After all any diet works for fat loss as long as you are on a calorie deficit 😉

Glad you are back on track. Your way of eating should keep you satisfied. I try to stay as close to my total caloric allotment each day. Best of luck with your weight loss journey.
