Went to the doctor's yesterday. She is ecstatic about my progress on all fronts.
250.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 110.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks. I've known my "official" weight was lower than I've been entering because my weight at the doctor's office is fasting weight, whereas normally, I weigh in the afternoon at the health-club, full stomach and fully hydrated. On a day to day basis, the loss seems glacially slow, but 7# a month is actually a great pace. I know its fat loss, not muscle loss (building muscles), which is awesome. I'm eagerly awaiting my blood-test results (hopefully today)
