Mornin! Take it and run :) Fighting a cold now so going back to read your old journal where I encouraged you to slow down, take care, and give the body a break :) I'm going to take my own advice and include a hot totti. Happy Hump day!

Sorry to hear you are not feeling well MOB!! DR. PAM (lol) suggests plenty of fluids, rest, warm p.j's and fuzzy socks, a good book and of course that hot totti! Hope your back up and running soon.

mmm, I want a hot totti, and I'm not even sick. well, my tummy is mildly stirred up, does that count? on the other hand, a hot toddy probably won't help w that! ;) have a wonderful day, Pam!

Cindy.. perhaps a hot toddy with peppermint snapps might. peppermint is known to sooth upset stomachs.. just an idea... :D
