There are certain things in my life that I will continue to be grateful for no matter what mood I am in.. simple things that so many people take for granted.
They are as follows
My mom and brother who are always there for me
my job
roof over my head
food in the fridge
getting up every morning even when it is a struggle
my ability to see, hear, speak, read and write.
plus all the amazing people who I have met on here, people that I have been able to connect with, who encourage me and give me support when life is a tailspin.. for all these people I give a thanks x a million

Okay so now how did yesterday go.. in a word CRAPPY.. everything crashed at once.. but I was able to survive the crash, brushed myself off and with shear will power slowly moved passed it.
I did try and do some exercises and to sorta meditate.. which turned out to me more of a self examination of my emotional state.
Food wise was not too bad. Lots of fruit..on a fruit bender right now.
Todays my challenge to myself is to drink water once again.. that should be interesting since it is so cold out.
Oh yeah I also deactivated my facebook account, why have it? it doesn't really connect me to anyone.. well that is how I feel right now.
Needless to say today is another battle to fight, to make sure I do not fall into the dark waters of depression that is threatening me.
I will and can get through this AGAIN..

I just came back from a six week deactivation of my FB account. It was a sorely needed vacation and I know what you mean about its drawbacks and failure to fulfill its stated goals at times. I hope you have a better day today, I know you will keep up the fight! hugs

Thank you Cindy.. I found that FB just cause me too many problems.. and honestly the only person who will notice I am not there is probably my mom. You try and have a good day too.. I hope whomever you are voting for wins the election.

I'm glad "Crappy Monday" is behind you :) Sending you some of my Terrific Tuesday energy. For a few weeks or months now I've been add my water intake to my journal. Why? Because I saw you doing it :) So yes friend, get back to drinking that luscious water :) Fight those defeating thoughts today...check in later

Thank you MOB... I guess we will both need to remind eachother about the water.. something like a daily message did you drink your water today. Thanks for the energy.. how did you know I needed a good kick in the pants??

Lol just call me the MOB :) We all need a gentle kick...it's great though that we motivate each other even when we don't realize it.

Good bye Monday! Yeah, FB is odd. I wind up just deleting people rather than deleting my account. I have primarily people I know in person (family, close friends) on there and it's all private. Sadly it's become a way for us not to call or see each other, because we already know what's up. Sounds like we are both on the fruit kicks. I can't get enough apples and berries the past few days... Also I drink lukewarm water, my tummy likes me better when I do. Cold water, unless it's SUPER HOT outside, gives me stomach cramps. :( My friend from China drinks hot water all the time, like tea, but she doesn't put tea in it. You could always find a nice caffeine free white tea...? Antioxidants are our friends ya know? Thank you for my morning joke, it was great! Definatly put a smile on my face- Have a great Tuesday, Pam!

Thanks Nat.. yeah I have come to the conclusion that FB sucks bad! simply too much drama, and I have enough of that in my day to day living. Yep we are both fruity eh.. lol Glad you like the morning joke.. thought it was appropriate for you and dude.. 15mins ;) Have a good day.. HUGZ
