All this work for 1 lb! I am getting so frustrated again.
289.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Whenever you feel frustrated, take a good look at your chart. There is no question that you are doing an excellent job. Keep it up! :-)

One pound equal four sticks of buttah!! Be proud of that pound off ya! You worked hard to get it to come off and you'll get more before you know it. Keep up the kickin' it attitude and watch more melt right off! :) Yes, I agree... lovely chart!

A pound is still a pound! Many of us have gone several weeks with no loss, so know that you have LOST and not GAINED, and you will live to LOSE AGAIN! Hang in there!!

Don't let yourself get down about this you are doing great. Be happy even if it's only a 1 pound loss, it wasn't a gain.
