Thankfully, I am addressing my last few months of diet failure before it's too late. Just a few days ago I was 285lbs, so to see I have gained 4.5lbs this morning encourages me to stand strong against my arch enemy...food!
Do I have it in me to turn this around? I believe I do. Only time will tell.
289.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 99.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
