Well I lost .1 of a pound on vacation and I will take it! We are back at home now and I dusted off my bike yesterday after i walked. Wow was I tired last night, but I slept good. I am ready to move forward and get this weight back off.
198.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
