I am getting so frustrated. My weight loss seems to be very slow. For my weight, I think it should be coming off faster. I have been exercising everyday and keeping to an average of 1600 calories per day. I don't want to quit and I won't right now, but I just want to see results faster.

I need to let the results go and focus on how my body feels (besides stiff, achy and sore). However, that seems so hard to do.

Today, I am going to pray to have this obsession relieved so I can have healthy relationships and feel good about myself.

Take care everyone.

Your chart really does look great. I know how you feel about things not moving faster. I feel the same way. You at least have the patience to keep your weigh-ins to every few days instead of every day like me! One blip and my whole day gets thrown off. Your weight has been going consistently down, which is wonderful. You need to just keep it up and keep on swimming!

Perhaps if you stick to some lower fat options. Your daily fat intake is kindof up there on some days. Also the fast food is never as good as what we can make at home. Do you have the option to pack lunches? You are still down 11 pounds and I hope you feel great about that. You are obviously off to a good start and you are paying attention and learning how foods are effecting you so I say "BRAVO"! you'll get it all figured out. Yeah for you, keep up the great work!

Taking it off fast is always our goal no matter how unrealistic. You are doing great and it is coming off so just hang in there.

11 lbs is bound to feel better! maybe you don't notice it right now but that is an excellent start. As you lose you will begin to notice changes, like you don't get out of breath if you sprint, or things like that. Imagine me handing you a ten pound sack of potatoes and asking you to carry it around with you all day and all evening.. you've lost 11 lbs and thats just the beginning. You are doing good. I always take imLuuvd's advice to heart, she's been a inspiration to me and got me started. (she's also my daughter). You can do this, you ARE doing it, hang in there
