I was just looking at this and it is time to update.

I started Jenny Craig at 211 lbs and made it to my goal at that time (150lbs).
Over time old habits returned and I am back currently working towards a goal of 145.

I also love Shakology and the Beach Body workouts. They are awesome. Want to know more about them.

Frozen Meals Anyone???
I just wanted to say that I lost my weight with Jenny Craig foods. They were great and really helped with portion control. I loved was great. I have tried others out there as well and they seem to be just as good!
Mind you, be careful of the amount of salt that each contains....

Is drinking out?
Hey Amee,
I know that during my weight loss I had gone out drinking a few times and still managed to loose that week. It was not like I was drinking every day or anything, but it is a life style change that we are all doing. And in real life we will go out and drink, it is a part of life. Maybe I am an exception, but with my experience I was able to have a few drinks one evening a week since the start.
I hope that this helps you with your program as well.
