wow what a great week I just had Weight loss this week was 8.4 lb. The keto diet definitely works plus the fact that I have knocked myself down to 800 calories a day, both of those are perfect recipes for success, going to the gym three times a week doesn't hurt either.
225.3 lb Lost so far: 67.9 lb.    Still to go: 45.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

800 is low maybe mix it up some days. Congrats on your weightloss.

I ran your numbers, and these numbers may assist: Daily average: Between 1/21-2/16: Calories 1,229 / Carbs 52 (238 pounds > 233 pounds = 5 pounds loss (0.18 pounds a day) - - Between 2/17-2/24: Calories 813 / Carbs 28 (233 pounds > 225 pounds = 8 pounds loss (1.0 pound a day loss). - - Good Luck!
