wow I don't feel like I earned this after pizza and cookies saturday but maybe all the work before that is paying off? maybe all the weight lifting? we'll see....at 175 I'll no longer be obese guys!!!! so close!!!

Pizza and cookies are fine! What makes you think negatively like that? Surely you see how Chris and Diablo eat. But I always wonder...can women eat the same foods and be successful like men, considering we have much lower muscle mass?? Yet, Rosio eats it and she’s no where near that type of muscle. And don’t get all defensive Rosio!! I’m no where near it either. You are super successful and maintaining with flexible eating. 🤗 I know you’ll say cico and I agree, but to what levels can we eat? People freak over one slice...some won’t dare smell pizza...I eat it, I love it but I think it’s truly Cico and balance. I’m just curious why people always blame food like pizza, ‘junk’ etc yet never blame overeating chicken, rice, etc...which is still a problem if we overeat the good stuff...hope I’m making sense...if not ignore this rambling! LOL

Sharons Victory just keep on going because it'll be worth it. We all have those weak times, but it's important not to give up. I was so happy when I finally made it from 216 Obese down to 179 . Good Luck! 🍀
