So I don’t have to worry about binging on Oreos... they’re gone 😅 Going to try to do much better today!!! Damn it I’m so addicted to sugar 😩🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
154.8 lb Lost so far: 54.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had a blast on my 'carb weekend'. Gained 7 pounds tho… oh well, back to my diet :)

Today is a new day. Make it a good one! I'm in the same boat, sugar is dangerous for me, hard to stop that train once it's rolling. And definitely CANNOT have Oreos in the house!

sugar is crazy addictive. it's hard to break the addiction. the cravings are real

My son had to be on a sugar free diet - he removed all fruits and all sugar substitutes from diet so that your body stops craving them - I think it only took about 2 weeks for him. Try savory instead of sweet - almond butter instead of sweetener in oatmeal. You will get used to it.

Once you have it kicked it's great, I want to get my total sugars down Futher. I'm having about 50g again daily on a 3000 cal diet.

Keto is great for turning off my sugar addiction but I seriously need to learn some self control. I want to be able to eat treats every once in awhile without it being a huge ordeal lol Or becoming a crazy binge fest that makes me sick. 😪
