@Jenne1234 -- I see you joined FS a long time ago. I joined in July 2017, but I have been "in and out, off and on" for a long time. I sympathize as a person who has struggled with my weight since I was only 12 or so. I'm doing a LCHF/keto diet now and doing well. I suggest that you go to DietDoctor.com and research this WOE. See if it's for you. Also, your entire profile is "private." Perhaps if you let others on FS get to know you, you'll find the support you need for success. Good luck and best wishes!
