I have begun intermittent fasting. I find it easier to control my appetite and portions.
212.4 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you can bust through the occasional hunger pang around lunch, It's awesome. I eat between 4pm and 10pm. A Protein shake before the gym at around 4pm and whatever the hell I like (including a lot of protein) after the gym cause I have the calorie slack built in via IF!!!!!

My husband is doing this and has lost almost 30lbs so far. Eats between 12 and 8 and just tries to keep carbs moderate. Oh and swapped soda to water
