Still about the same. I have been so constipated this week. No matter how many veggies I eat or water I drink. I've also been taking miralax and fiber and still nothing (or not much....ewww) The only thing I can do is drink more water (not sure if I can choke more down) and eat more veggies.
221.8 lb Lost so far: 57.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Shanello, you may want to consider going to see a doctor if you are doing all the right things and a re still constipated. There may be something else going on???

I agree, if you are doing everything right in your diet and things are still not moving maybe its time to get a professional opinion

Also if you are taking any medications they might be preventing you from going also. Make sure you read those labels. You should talk to your doctor about Apple cider vingear or Epsom salts. They both help you go.
