Had a boring day yesterday. Ate bad. My hubby wanted his nachos which are normally a lot of calories. We cut it down by using turkey sausage crumbles instead of hamburger. That cut out a lot of calories. I still ate a lot of it. As yesterday was my indulgence day I also made cookies. I can't even remember the last time I ate a cookie... They were so good. It's nice to be able to eat something bad once in a while without going overboard.

I was supposed to run today but I'm taking a day off. I don't know what I did but I feel very sore. I think maybe I was trying to do to much at once, running I mean. I think I upped my running time to quickly, I wasn't ready for 3:3 walk/run yet. I'm going to go back down to 4:2 for a few days and see how I do. I'm also going to run less. I was running 4-5 days a week. I'm only going to run 3 days instead and maybe bike or walk the other 2 days. For now I'm going to take 2 rest days a week to give myself more time to heal since I'm new at this running thing..

I don't want to quit I just have to tweak what I'm doing... I did too much. Lesson learned. Time to do something different.
