Last weigh in of 146 didn't hold for even 1 day after recording. I've been at 147.something for 2 weeks. That's fine. I've got good macros and calories. Holding my own. Doing great. 😀
147.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL...on Sunday I record my wgt. It's between 128 and 129, then on Monday I jump up to over 130. This has happened every week for the last 4 weeks. No real wgt. loss. Just Keeping on keeping on.
