Happy with this. Some days are harder than others to eat while travelling. Yesterday I was working by 8:30 am and didn't get home till 10:45 pm Small airports don't offer much in the way of keto options, and even the grocery store I stopped at on the way to the airport had nothing that was appealing. I ended up with soup at the airport and just ate the broth and had a lovely cup of tea. At Pearson International I grabbed some peanuts and cheese so that worked. Home for three nights - slept like a baby last night and am trying to keep it low key till I leave again Monday morning... Might get in a walk with my camera before the family gets here for dinner... Have decided I won't stress about logging everything while travelling for work - sometimes it's just too much to think about - and at this point in my journey I think I'm ok with that. I will continue to travel with my scale and If I begin not losing consistently I'll be going back to logging everything. Here's a shot from road this past week.
161.6 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

That it hard, especially when you're on the go. Doing the best you can and adjusting later is probably the best way to go. Good luck. 😊
