Forgot to record my weight this morning. I think this is right. I wouldn’t have bothered... however... I ate Chinese food for dinner 🤫 It was so good! I didn’t eat any rice of noodles but ate lots of breaded honey garlic chicken, egg roll, boneless ribs, and wonton. 🐽 Lord only know what potion sizes I ate. I will be logging absurdly high numbers
153.4 lb Lost so far: 55.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Crash, if you don't or didn't over do it on the portions, you probably did alright. A while back, in July, I went out for a birthday dinner at Chinese restaurant. I was prepared for my numbers to be off the charts, but I kept my portions pretty small and did not stuff myself. I actually list weight on that visit/trip. You can have your egg roll and eat it too!

Ohhh Becc@... 🤭😥 I concentrated on not looking at the portions. Like, Really tried not to look at it while I swallowed chicken nuggets whole 😭

You-didn't-eat-the-rice?? Wow! The chances of me pulling that one off are -200% :) I know I don't have an 'iron steel constitution' like you. I'm not gonna even TRY to eat at a Chinese restaurant and not-have-any-noodles! Haha You're killing me! :) :)

I just finished putting in my numbers and I ate over 2000 cals & 200 carbs! And tons of sodium.

@CrashtestDawnie - The sodium will be the issue... Ok you have two days to hit the gym and put it to good use :) :)

Lololololol! I don’t think I’ll ever eat rice again. Except with sushi!!! Otherwise, a huge waste of carbs. I’d rather have chocolate 😬 And the only reason I didn’t give into the lo mein was because I DIDNT order it 😩
