The coffee is Starbucks new cold foam brew. Sooooo caffeinated! I was able to put the energy towards working. No gym time for me today 😔 Well maybe later! The French toast was the best! I haven’t eaten it in over 6 months! It’s my favorite breakfast food too 😍

After I finish this cut (taking forever) I will go to Starbucks, get a big carb filled caffeine filled 'something or other', drink that, go to Mc Donald's and eat a big Mac and Fries, then go to the gym, and add 20lbs to all my lifts :) So I get it, sometimes you need a 'change' :)

A little tip that I learned from Rosio19 grande iced coffee with coconut milk and 2 pumps sugar free syrup 40 calories and it is amazing.

I don’t sweeten my coffee but I love Nut Pods. Coconut milk and with unsweetened French vanilla flavor. It’s good!!
