Hello and good morning everyone, How are you all on this beautiful blessed morning? I'm trying to get myself back on track, I have fallen off really bad (to me) and I really need to get myself together, I'm going to start again, taken it one day at a time. Happy Friday! and have a wonderful blessed day.
267.1 lb Lost so far: 188.6 lb.    Still to go: 87.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow! You have lost so much weight! You are doing great! I have also found myself in a place of pause. I have eaten a little sugar here and a little starch there and too much bread everywhere. I have probably put on a few pounds. I will know for sure in October. But it seems we're in the same place. I too am having to pull myself together and get the rest of this weight off. I felt so much better when I was losing weight and besides, I want to be able to get into this fancy red dress I have before Christmas.
