My Elliptical is broken, so could not do the regular 2 hour elliptical all body workout. (SAD)

But did change my routine now and also, I guess I need a new approach now to burn rest of the fat and to increase my metabolism.

Walk during lunch (5 days a week)for an hour @ 3MPH

Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday the following schedule:

Started doing 8 Miles Interval Running @ 5.1 MPH for .8 miles and 4.2MPH for .2 miles with Level 3 Incline.

Hight Intense Interval Training: total time 30 minutes.
5 minutes warm up
Rep : 30 seconds @ 9MPH & 1 minute @ 3.8MPH
Repeat Rep 10 ~ 12 times
5 minutes cool down

I should reach my goal weight around middle week of Next month (MAY 08). I might start doing weights on alternate days since my Elliptical is broken and running/cardiovascular on alternate days.

Saturday is the rest day.

136.0 lb Lost so far: 44.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
