Had a body scan today and the results were excellent to say the least almost unbelievable. I lost 7.2kg of fat last month, gained 1kg of muscle, equates to 6.4% body fat lost and my visceral fat is down to 11. I could not be happier, 53kg lost since 2 Jan 2018. I will be looking over my notes so that I can follow what I did last month.
