I was shocked at only a 2lb gain. I'll weigh again to double check. First meal back on lchf. I'm really looking forward to some eating. The propane is not back on yet so we're relying on microwave and toaster oven. It's fine. Very happy to be home. Happy Monday everyone. 💕
151.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
