Major munchies today! Maybe because I didn't eat much yesterday. I've hit my food max for the day. THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great willpower!! Since starting IF I go back and forth between not wanting the bother of eating (and feeling like I could fast for days), to having the munchies and thinking about what I’ll eat all day. Staying busy helps
