I went shopping yesterday and bought a size 12 jean. I'm so excited...

179.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb. Still to go: 29.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 4.7 lb a week

Congrats Buella! Don't buy too many size 12 because it won't be long and you'll need a smaller size again!!!
