moving again, I don't even know. Is it a fluke? can we weigh less on a scale than real? that doesn't seem possible...
I actually said to myself before I stepped on the scale today that I felt heavier, but I was down again! this really does help me stay focused on food. when you try to eat well and still never see progress it definitely becomes easier to give up. now I have some progress and I'm finally into the 160s not 170s, and that's huge. I feel like I've not moved from there in so long. it's like my "natural" state is somewhere in that weight but it's too much weight on my grand.
My fiance and I are getting married next June so there's a long term goal in place too, but I have to focus on each day. I know this random dropping won't continue like this, but maybe I've finally flipped the switch to get my body to burn some of this fat off and not just hold steady.
168.3 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
