I hit 10 lbs down! more so really as I think I started with like 177.3, but I don't count the decimals since I know they fluctuate so easily.

I'm so stunned the scale is moving. I'm trying so hard to eat well, and really avoid those sweet treats and pasta and pizza that I can demolish like 3000 calories worth.

I'm so excited, I'm not getting cocky, but to see things move and every day I'm like, I feel heavy and then the scale is the same or lower... this is the push I need to continue this.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
