I'm weighing in because I finally got back down the 2 stupid pounds I couldn't shake.
I really need to focus now on recording but it's been hard. I am going to try to spend just a little more time here and I know it'll pay off.
I'm on day 55 of 80 Day Obsession second time through. I am certainly a lot stronger than I used to be... but I could probably do this program over and over and never get to my peak, it's tough!
work week starts today and always gets me down in the dumps. had a great weekend with my fiance canning our home grown produce and hanging out.

So I've been ignoring the scale, well here. I've been ignoring everything. went up about a pound and a half which I know can be normal but I've been stuck for a while.
Also not recording here which of course matters. I don't know why it's so hard for me to get here and record food. why. why! I need to get back and do this for real. it is the only way I lose.

still the same, but I have to admit I've been a bit off the wagon.
last night dinner was late and we made zucchini noodles with shrimp and parmesan and stuff but I didn't record. I tried to eat light at lunch and just sort of estimate. my fiance cooks so it's not easy for me to know exactly what he used.
no excuses. need to do better.
moved into phase 2 of 80 Day for the 2nd time. last night was booty. really tough workout. tonight is cardio core. not my favorite but I've improved a lot on cardio slider exercises.

recording this small loss. once we had our super stressful week which was supposed to be vacation, 18 hours on the road in one day when we were expecting around 12... we ate badly for a bit. more focused again now, but we still have a whole bunch of stress to deal with, and it does make putting effort into cooking, or even eating, difficult.
just finished phase 1 of 80 Day. my 2nd time through but first time trying to be really good about food. I'm excited to be back on track with 80 day after all the traveling around, stuck in the car many days.
small losses add up to big ones so I have to take what I can get.
