I'm back to recording food everyday. I took a break for a week. My Daughter and Son-in-love were visiting while my husband took a whirl wind road trip to Ohio to visit his ailing brother. 5000 miles in 5 1/2 days. God bless his former wife (my Sister-in- Love) went with him. He can't fly and I would never have made it by car that fast. They had a great time and no worse for the wear. I had a great time with D & SIL canoing and watching the birds on the lake.

I didn't record food but only ate what was on my WOE. It worked out fine. With the exception of excess Fat Bomb candy and a bit too many strawberries. Stayed in ketosis and continued a downward trend. BUT, not recording long term is dangerous for me.

I'll be catching up on your posts in the next couple of days. Onward and downward. 👍👍❤
152.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
