After 4 weeks I finally finished the first work out on Couch to 5K. I'm so excited and proud of myself. I haven't lost any weight lately though which is sad. I haven't been eating as well as I would have liked.

WinkyG - I am sorry "Muscle weighs more than fat" is my major pet peeve, and is just so wrong and not true at all. Muscle is more dense than fat so we appear smaller - but THEY WEIGH EXACTLY THE SAME!!!!
