Ecstatic about the loss. I would have never believed I could eat so well, and not be miserable. What’s more, I’m enjoying food daily and not feeling deprived whatsoever. I’ve done well sticking to 1500 or less calories a day for a few days, and the scale is starting to move. I went grocery shopping today, as I do every Friday, and my bill was astronomical. $200 bought me fruit, vegetables, chicken breast, tuna fish, Skim milk and sugar free drinks, and a few other random treats for the 4 men I live with ( beer for the husband, candy for the baby, cereal bread crackers and cookies for the teens ) so everyone is happy. Broke, but happy. I’m changing employers Monday, due to a sudden change of course. I’m going to face new routines and challenges, But I am going to bring fruit with me begetting Monday, and I’m going to also bring my tunafish. I imagine I will be too busy to worry about eating. And I will also remain vigilant all weekend long, and hopefully see additional loss. Happy Friday to everyone, and thank you for reading this lengthy post. I hope everyone is feeling good and strong, and have good plans for the weekend.
