Never say never, change it up a bit with exercise or diet. Rev that metabolism up with matcha green tea! Good luck Carol!

I'm in the same boat as you. Just keep doing what you are doing. All of the low hanging fruit (fat) has been burned, and now your body has to search for fat deposits to burn.

Have you considered intermittent fasting? Search for "Dr Jason Fung intermittent fasting" on YouTube to get more info. You can set it up for whatever works for you, I am currently doing two or three days of fasting each week. I thought it would be hard, but it really isn't, especially if you are already following a Ketogenic eating plan. Good luck on that last 5 lbs!!

I echo Fizzlescrapes...the 16-8 fast really kicked me off that ledge I was stuck at. giving your body that time to digest.

Thank you all for the advice and encouragement. I am going to look into intermittent fasting.
