Went to Sam’s club hungry. I had a choice to make hotdog or salad. I chose the salad, but I’m still desiring the hot dog with the bun. I’m looking forward to Saturday I am going to eat sushi. I’m trying to make a lifestyle change it’s difficult.

Good job!! One good choice at a time...that’s all this takes.

You are stronger than me, I always break down and get the Hot dog. Then I go back and get another. What has changed for me recently is not eating lunch at all. The feeling of hunger will come but 5k steps will make that go away. If can continue to choose the salad consider yourself blessed. Yes it is hard but you're up to the task and you can do this!
