Does anyone have a low carb recipe for mint juleps and margaritas?

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 April 2018:

Hmmmmm... a challenge.. for the mint julep, substitute stevia for the sugar perhaps? As for the margarita, a tougher nut but maybe instead of Cointreau or the like do it with an orange extract (1/4 tsp to for first try and go from there), stevia, and 1 oz of vodka. I have not made any this way but in my head it both have a very good chance of working out well.
