I'm eating a little less than a thousand calories per day I'm barely losing weight but I'm sure one day I'll be down 3/4 lb I'll keep confident and just know it's going to happen

That a low calorie count. I find if I eat 1300 which I am allowed I lose more then when I eat less.

ive learned recently to not go below 1200 calories because your body will keep everything you take in because it is starving. maybe need to up calories with something for a week and see if you lose. maybe just some protein?

That is right, when I eat less than 1200 I don't lose weight, but I think we learn after we fail, good luck!!!

I’ve had pretty good success with keeping my calories under 1100 and so far have lost over 10 pounds but it took a couple of weeks. Keep it up!

Looks like your macros are high fat AND carbs. Please consider upping your protein.

If you stay under 1200 for too long you run the risk of developing problems with your heart because you body will start to canabilize your muscle tissue, as well as digestive issues too. The closer to 1200 you are the better. I range from 1100 to 1500 per day, aiming to keep my weekly average at 1200.

Everyone is so different, you have to find what works for you! I’ve read too low of calories can actually send your body into survival mode, reducing the weight loss potential. I struggled for years not finding what worked, but low carbs, high protein is what’s “right” for me. Just keep at it and it’ll all come together!

you are starving yourself. your body has gone into starvation mode, metabolism slows down, muscle breakdown is more likely than fat loss. vary your intake. always healthy, but 500cal one day, 2000 the next. sometimes you need to eat more to lose more.

Be sure to drink plenty of fluids. When you've checked all the other boxes and still haven't seen a different, it could be that your not getting enough water.

You need to eat more to loose more, usually not the foods , but studies have shown insulin release is the real culprit, no food in, no weight loss out !!!
