Friday again. I know I'll be down at least a pound, so that's something to look forward to. Another crazy work week, but I made it through and I did manage to close all three activity rings last night (walking until 9:30PM). Good thing I have the canine security team with me. 🤣

I'm unloading another carload of stuff today on the way home from the weigh-in. Most of it is from last weekend's purge, some is last minute grabbing out of the closet last night and into the bag. No regrets and move forward, right?

It's weird, I think I need to find the measuring tape again. It's a matter of inches vs. pounds this week. The 10's are already getting loose and it's not due to stretching out. I want to know if I'm managing to build/maintain my muscle (203 lbs of dog lifts nightly) even though I'm not doing any strength training yet. Don't jump on me there, it's part of the program.

So FS family, forward we go on this journey. A cleansing of the body and the mind and maybe even a closet or two.
