I remember when I started this journey that waking up sore meant that I was too heavy for my joints. This morning's soreness is self induced, and is a great sore to have. Muscles are mending and getting stronger!

I really haven't dropped any in weight, but I'm about to go up another notch in the belt, I'm in a 2x shirt, and I need new pants AGAIN! So, I may skip the scale this week and see how things progress. Several miles to walk this week, and a lot of weight to lift!
