I tried hot cocoa today to satisfy my sweet tooth n it did. It was only 80 calories. I’m going to try and do food today. I’m having friends over and of course wine will be involved lol. Jerk wings, red potatoes, and a salad is on the menu as well.

white wine and champaigne have the lowest calories. If you make a spritzer with soda water and white wine that cuts down even more. Good luck!

I understand that low cal sweeteners have a glycemic effect on insulin, but not Stevia. This is helpful for anyone who is on the LCHF program. I’ve lost ten pounds in 48ndays but I am still just fingering this thing out.
