Keto Cramps
So, 120 days on Keto, and, don’t get me wrong, this is my life style now....but, what to do about the leg cramps?
I’ve tried adding magnesium I take one a day, but I have recently upped it to 2 pills (250 mg) per day.Sad

Just a start
Hi Bonnie,
And welcome to the new you...I am new here as well.
I have read a few articles regarding cancer and how it feeds on sugars, be it carbs, or otherwise.
I have recently dropped almost 20 pounds now, I didn’t actually “clock” my weight when I started on the LCHF thing that is called Ketogenics / The Paleo / the cave man “diet”
I also started watching a very interesting documentary called “That Sugar Film”
All I can add is that cancer likes carbs/sugar/calories
Sugar causes insulin to tell the body to stop burning fat.
Carbs are the real boogers, not calories
There is more money to be made in Treating, rather than curing....
Carbs can hide in foods, fruits, sauces and other foods deemed “healthy” that is why I started using the foods tool, here on fat secret.
This is my newly discovered truth, it works for me, maybe not other folks.
