Here for my Fridays chemo. BP 118/74, weight 257.8 dressed in sneakers after eating . Have a great weekend everyone.
253.5 lb Lost so far: 43.5 lb.    Still to go: 88.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes! Keep eating well and that will help get you to remission! I spent many chemo Fridays in 2016 and early 2017 and that's all over for now!
