Jalape-mento Cheese: 2 cp shredded sharp cheddar, 4 Tblspn real mayo, 1 fresh diced-up jalepeno (w/o seeds), 1/4 tspn garlic powder, 1/2 tspn minced onion, 6 Tblspn diced (canned) pimentos - mix well andrefrigerate 48 hrs.
