Have managed to cut down fat intake to around 40-50. still a long way off from 20g/day
Today the fat was mostly from poly/mono unsaturated sources
Greatest fat intake was 15g with chicken burritoes; but I couldn't help myself. I needed food after gym session and soccer game.
Weight is a healthy 68kg currently. Still considered underweight. Not too worried about that.
However fat percentage is around 17-18%. Not too happy with that.

Did well to increase intensity at gym yesterday. focusing primarily on Upper body (now quite sore) don't go to gym again till sunday, so few days resting. Will try and keep up pushups and other minor exercise in the least over the weekend.
