402am...my body is tellin my mind..dont even think your getting a morning ride on zwift today..goood thursday mornin..as tired as i am..yes i still want to get a morning ride in...but my body just doesnt want to get outta the recliner..was a struggle to get outta bed when the alarm on phone went off at 330am..but did get up an turned on coffee..before i came in an set down in recliner to journal..if only i would of got a cup of coffee first..lol..

today is suppose to be a day off..but im kinda wanting to do a morning outside ride..its 27 with a wind chill of 22 with wind out of ssw..at 407am..by noon its suppose to be 50..but wind will be like 19 mph..yes its gonna be a cold ride..but once im all layered up..just need to enjoy that ride outside when its decent enough to get out..wont be to many warm days before its back into the frigid weather again..was looking on weather app last night..by feb 1 or so...more rain/sleet/ice on the way ..or so it says..but it could change by then..

well gonna get this body up...head to kitchen an get that first cup of coffee..try an wake up this body..not sure about ride outside..till it gets closer to 10am or so...
