310am...goood wednesday morning..just woke up from a straight 8 hours of sleep...gotta say right now..im ready just to go back to bed an sleep some more..but thats not part of the plan..got 60 miles in 2 days..best ive done in a long time..plan today..to do a 20 mile ride..just to get my 80 miles for the week..then tomorrow..its kinda like..its suppose to be my day off to rest my body..but at same time im thinking..with the temps up in the 50s..might get out an do an outside ride..as always..im thinking sounds like a plan..if only the day gets here an i have the motivation an energy to get er done...

gotta tell you..im tired ..waiting on my body to get back up an get in the mood to get riding clothes an fitness room set up to ride..carry laptop to fitness room and hook it to flat screen..go in kitchen an take 2 caffeen tabs 30 minutes before i get on bike..then get dressed..then back into kitchen to drink protein/coffee/creatine..grab 2 bottles of fizz and water..an head to bike and hop on ...my daily routine each morning..if it all goes like its suppose to...i dont forget anything..other wise its back tracking...and some days are like that..

mind is trying to focus..guess its tired to...well 320am..an need to start moving around alittle more...want to be on bike by 430am..get my 20 miles in for the day...80 miles in 3 days..and a day of rest..sounds so good right now...o yeah..forgot tomorrow a ride outside if the weather co operates..an it gets to 50..

well gonna get up an carry laptop to fitness room...get all of that set up..as i sit here an try to think..bed sure sounds like a great place to be right now...even pushing back in recliner an just taking the day off..sounds goood...gotta wake up an get with the program..get up an moving to wake up...get this show on the road..

UPDATE..ended up doing a morning workout on zwift..finally got to moving ..did a 25.7 mile ride..1:36 time of ride..671 in calories..didnt push it today like i have been..hit 86.6 miles for the week already..and still have to days to ride..an 2 days to recover..building myself up so when spring gets here..30 mile rides will seem like 20 mile rides..

I tend to overdo it also. :) too much exercise isn't good either. :)

ty everyone...when I wake up ..i can't lay in bed..well I can..but I lay there thinking of what I should be doing..so I just get up and get my day started...
