4AM...goood morning from my recliner..38 outside..with wind chill 27..an light snow ...would like to say im ready to get up an change into riding clothes to do a zwift ride...but its alittle harder today to get in the mood..im sure the mood will hit once i wake up enough to know i need to do it..just finding it really hard to get in that moood..the 30 miles i did yesterday really zapped my energy level yesterday..was like i couldnt get enough food back into my system to get caught up with the calorie loss from my workout..no sooner did i eat my breakfast..then i was eating lunch an headed to walmart at 930am...by time i got home from walmart..i was dragging..

well...the mood is here...so need to get up an get riding clothes on..starting to wake up..would like to get another 30 mile ride again today..but who knows till the peddles start cranking...in london today..its a better course ..

the plan today...ride an take it much more easy today..all the errands are done for several days..even thought of doing an outside ride..only gonna be in the 30s today..just need to get out an get an outside ride in once again..just miss riding outside..inside is great this time of year...but out in the air...well..less you have done it..nothing compares...
