I indulged in ONE more serving of the baked apples I had made, and one cup of the Carb-Free Homemade Ice Cream I made (but I have not yet entered that into the database, so I'm just noting it here). Hope everyone gets off to a GREAT start on the LCHF Challenge tomorrow!!!
