Today is the first weigh in after a full week. We'll see. Pants fit better, but the keto strips don't show a thing to me at home. I drink too much water. Will report back later this afternoon and pay more attention to the numbers this time!

They will, keep on it. Even the slightest color changes is good. The water is important but it won't affect your ketones so keep drinking. Carbs will keep you from ketosis how many do you eat. If your following ketogenic diet they will show everyone is different may take more time! Good luck!
